Heavenly Father,
you have called me to follow more closely
your Son, Jesus Good Shepherd,
in this Congregation.
I, . . . ,
in answer to your love and with full freedom,
offer myself to you forever
so that you may consecrate me in Christ
through the power of the Holy Spirit.
I commit myself to be faithful
to the Founder’s charism
in communion with my sisters,
dedicating myself to pastoral ministry
among your people. Trusting in Mary,
the Mother of the Good Shepherd,
and in the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul,
I vow to live chaste,
poor, and obedient for all my life
in accordance with the Rule of Life
of the Sisters of Jesus Good Shepherd.
May your grace help me
to be faithful forever. Amen!
