The Holy Spirit descended upon Mary and the apostles and filled them with wisdom, fortitude, and zeal. The Church is born, gathers the multitudes, begins her journey, reaches out to all people, and will exist until the end of time (see Acts 2:1–13).
May you be blessed, O Divine Master, for having promised and sent the Holy Spirit from the Father to enlighten and sanctify the Church. Through the prayers of Mary, let there be a new Pentecost. Raise up apostles in every age and give them the Spirit of wisdom, knowledge, fortitude, understanding, counsel, piety, and holy fear of God.
