In the depths of our soul we create an ideal on which all our faculties converge, gathered together in the will, which is reinforced by them every day: thoughts, fantasies, memories, prayer, heart, relationships, study, the things we read… Everything becomes “construction material” for the great building of our personal holiness and of the apostolate (ACV, p. 65).
